Carrot Cake

Berkut resep Carrot Cake utk ukuran 20×20 cm.
Bahan :
375 gr gula pasir
75 gr gula palem
7 btr telur ukuran besar (375 gr)
10 gr emulsifier
390 gr terigu
2 gr kayu manis bubuk
2 gr soda kue
2 gr baking powder
225 cc minyak goreng
275 gr wortel parut

Cara :
1. Kocok gula, telur, dan emulsifier sampe mengembang.
2. Masukkan bahan kering, minyak, dan wortel parut. Tuang ke 3 loyang 20×20 cm
3. Panggang dg suhu 160 der Celcius kurleb 20-30 menit
