ice Cream (santan)

resep:
coconut cream 300 gr
gula pasir 50 gr
soy milk plain 100 gr
garam
mint ekstrak
daun mint 6 gr

blender semua bahan. masukkan es krim dlm mangkuk. tutup dgn plastik dan simpan di freezer. sth 1 jam, keluarkan dr freezer dan kocok lg.ulangi tiap 1 jam selama beberapa kali.
